St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Parish . Madison, Wisconsin
We, the faith community of Saint Thomas Aquinas, united with the Church throughout the world, are called by God to bring the Good News of the Gospel into the life of our community.
We strive to serve each other in a spirit of compassion and love, and to enhance justice, peace and healing in our midst.
We strive also, through our common prayer and worship with the Lord who nourishes us, to enable the gifts of the Spirit to emerge from each one of us and become more fully the disciples of Christ.

Hospital Visitation

Surgery, illness and hospitalization can be a particularly trying time for all of us and the parish wants to support you and your family with prayer and personal visits. Each day we call area hospitals to get a list of parishioners who have authorized that their names may be released. However, there can be a delay in updating records. Should you or a loved one be hospitalized please notify the parish directly.

We strongly encourage you to contact the parish BEFORE you enter the hospital for an elective or preplanned procedure or surgery so that you can celebrate the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick at the parish. In the case of a sudden critical or serious illness please notify the parish as soon as possible so that we can offer our support, prayer and the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick. Often hospital pastoral care staff can facilitate this contact.
